  1. First, check the prices of the various paintings at the bottom of this page. In order to have a better understanding of the prices, please note that they are often proportional to their size!
  2. If the price of the painting is not yet indicated, please send me an e-mail at ( philhelm@free.fr )
    with the reference of the painting (example: P63) and the relevant title.
  3. Once I have received your requestI shall contact you by e-mail and confirm the full amount including shipping and insurance costs. If customs duties are due on orders outside metropolitan France, they are to be taken care of by the purchaser.
  4. I am open to counter-offers, and once we have negotiated and reached a mutual agreement, I shall confirm the price by e-mail, which will then be payable by:
    • Bank cheque (only in continental France): Easy payment with no additional charges, with the possibility of an installment plan, cashed monthly. Drawn and payable to the account of Philhelm and addressed to: : PHILHELM – 92 rue Mélanie – 67000 STRASBOURG
    • Bank transfer in Dollars : my bank account details will be sent to you by e-mail.
    • By e-mail via Paypal in Dollars: In order to make your online payment, you will in due time, receive a link to connect you to the Paypal site. It offers the best service regarding encrypted payments, as it has now over 184 million accounts all over the world.
  5. On receipt of your payment, you will be informed via an e-mail or by phone (my phone number is: T+33 (0)3 88 31 10 10). The shipment begins: the painting you have purchased is securely packed in made-to-measure boxes for large sizes, with bubble wrap and lining, and then sent as quickly as possible with its certificate of authenticity and invoice via UPS, DHL, Chronopost International or Colissimo Express. You will be able to follow your parcel during its shipment with a follow-up number given to you previously. The delivery is guaranteed and the painting is insured all along, from its departure to its arrival. Moreover, we shall keep permanently in touch, from the placement of your order until its final delivery.
  6. The service “SATISFIED OR REFUNDED”: It applies on arrival of the painting at your address. It provides you with an exemplary service. If the painting does not meet your expectations, you will be able to send it back but at your own expense:
    • At the latest, seven days after receipt of the painting.
    • With his original wrapping.
    • By the same transporter.
    • With the same insurance value.

On return of the painting and after verification of its state, you shall be refunded the full price of the painting.
