P2- The Monogram Philhelm Argentoratum is solved in 1604 by the son of the house Teunissen de Vries during music rehearsal children Jost Amann ... 1994 - .
PHILHELMI MONOGRAMMA ARGENTORATI REPERITVR ANNO MDCIV A TEVNISSENI FILIO IN VRIES DOMO PER JOSTI AMMANI LIBERVM MVSICAM REPETITIONEM...
Original print edition of 100 copies on Arches 250 grams 57 x 76 cm/22, 44 x 29, 92 inches, each numbered and signed by the artist.
I tell you without misrepresentation, history that mocks time, beginning April 23, 1604 at Argentoratum in Alsace, which was still a free City of the Holy Roman Empire. The Philhelm’s Monogram had been found, during an ordinary musical rehearsal attended by seven children and a bear.
We know it will Monogram lost again twelve years later, exactly 23 April 1616, and for the greatest sadness of all. The most surprising thing in this incredible anachronism of a Monogram belonging to an artist who will be born only during the nineteenth century, is not the singularity of this temporal paradox?
The most surprising thing is that this discovery is done in total indifference!
Judge for yourself:
From top to bottom, left to right:
1 - Teunissen’s son whose name is unknown, is desperately trying to attract attention !
2 - Jôrg, the scientist bear, blows loudly in his muzzle, down heavily stairs.
3 - Wolfgang waits for the chorus; soon he will replay the Courtaut because happiness is greater than its tranquility!
4 - Ludwig is very upset because today his lute is not in tune.
5 - Jacob casually teases his viola da gamba.
6 - Hans and his harp that was no secret to his fingers hands and feet
7 - Johannes senior, holding her wooden spoon, tape all his strength on a plate by lifting it from time to time to create polyphony.
8 - The youngest and most inexperienced Bartholomaüs, but also the loudest, does not think he simply leaves his heart dancing, singing and laughing.
Let's be more tolerant than the indescribable cacophony of this singular septet
